Reinforce Potential CIC

Skilled support for creative, dynamic, neurodivergent professionals

Reinforce Potential CIC (RPC)

Neurodivergent conditions such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia and dyspraxia can create barriers that prevent talented professionals from reaching their full potential at work. Whether it’s executive function challenges, sensory sensitivities, processing differences, or difficulties with organisation and time management, these barriers can hold you back no matter how capable and creative you are.

RPC matches you with a skilled support worker who understands neurodivergence and can address these barriers. While we specialise in supporting people with ADHD, we work with the full spectrum of neurodiverse conditions. Your assistant takes on the tasks that drain your energy, enabling you to focus on what you do best. The result? Greater productivity, reduced stress, and the ability to build the career or business you deserve.

Invest in your success: RPC works with self-funding professionals who recognise that the right support is an investment in their professional future. While Access to Work funding can help offset costs over time, we don’t require you to wait months for approval before getting the support you need now.

Who we are

Reinforce Potential CIC (RPC) is a response to the growing awareness of neurodivergent conditions such as ADHD, Autism and Dyslexia and their impact on work life.

Our founder is a person with ADHD and other disabilities who has found human assistance transformational, and the aim of RPC is to make that support available to other neurodivergent people.

Identify your barriers: We help you understand exactly which tasks and situations create obstacles in your work, and determine what support would make the biggest difference.
Match you with neurodivergent-aware support: We find skilled support workers who have genuine insight into and experience of supporting neurodivergent people. All RPC support workers complete specialist training in ND conditions, plus skills training in safeguarding and GDPR. You'll be working with a trained, vetted, insured worker, with specialised understanding of the way your brain works.
Enable immediate support: You begin working with your assistant straight away, without waiting for lengthy approval processes. Your investment in professional support starts delivering results from day one.
Apply for Access to Work funding: We handle the entire AtW application process on your behalf. Current processing times are up to 30 weeks, but we'll manage all the paperwork whilst you continue receiving uninterrupted support. Once approved, AtW funding offsets your costs going forward and may provide some retrospective reimbursement.
Reinforce Potential is a Community Interest Company, which means any profits go straight back into building our capacity to serve more neurodivergent professionals, or are donated to community projects that share our mission.
Transparent pricing: We charge a straightforward hourly rate for your support worker's time, plus a modest management fee that covers our matching service, ongoing support, and Access to Work administration.
Flexible arrangements: Choose the number of hours that work for your needs and budget. Many clients start with 5-10 hours per week and adjust as they see the value.
Access to Work support: We handle your AtW application at no extra charge and manage all ongoing reporting requirements. Once approved, the funding helps offset your costs, making professional support even more sustainable long-term.
